These goods will be subject to a re-stocking charge of up to 10% if returned in perfect boxed and un-used condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay transport for returning goods. 

    All goods are provided with their manufacturers one year warranty, from the date of purchase. 

    Rydan Automation Ltd reserve the right to refuse items returned other than warranty issues if the said products have been used or are unboxed. 

    Transport costs for items returned under warranty are the responsibility of the sender but return to customer transport costs are the responsibility of Rydan Automation Ltd.
